Class Description: An online gentle yoga flow for beginners and continuing yoga students. This group class focuses on cultivating strength, flexibility and balance through traditional yoga asanas (poses). Each class has a specific theme designed to enhance your wellbeing.

Yoga mat
Bolster or cushion (a pillow works great too)
July Yoga For Ages 55+ (ONLINE)
This is a weekly online yoga class every month, we’ll practice together online via Zoom from 10am - 11am PT.
Cost: $80* (includes 4 live Zoom classes, plus a copy of the Zoom recordings - no class on July 22nd)
