Join us at sunny Folktale Winery! Yoga will be held on the vineyard lawn. Abundant parking available on your right hand side as you enter the winery - the lawn is located across from the parking lot (facing the hillside and next to the barrel room).

Students need to bring their own mat and props.

This is a therapeutic hatha yoga class, designed with everyone in mind. From the beginning yogi, the one rehabilitating an injury, to the well seasoned yogi. This class takes a slower approach to an ancient practice of bringing balance to the solar and lunar energies in the body. Staying true to Yoga (unification with Self), this practice invites you to deeply connect as we move through postures and breathing techniques.
