This is a weekly online yoga class every month, we’ll practice together online via Zoom from 10am - 11am PT.
Class Description: An online gentle yoga flow for beginners and continuing yoga students. This group class focuses on cultivating strength, flexibility and balance through traditional yoga asanas (poses). Each class has a specific theme designed to enhance your wellbeing.
Items you’ll need for this class:
Yoga mat
Bolster or cushion (a pillow works great too)
